Results Summary

Clear separation between positive and negative cells. One thing to keep in mind is that this will also stain cells that become apoptotic during processing & preparation for flow, so it is important to have a biologically relevant negative control in addition to staining controls where possible.

Followed manufacturer's protocol. Make sure to use their binding buffer.
