In the present experiment, equal amount of proteins from growth factor treated cells were resolved in 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Western transfer was done on a nitrocellulose membrane and immunodetection was done for Phospho-PLCγ1. Cell Signaling antibody flyer showed good Phospho-PLCγ1 detection with no nonspecific bands or background noise, so it was selected.

Phospho-PLCγ1 (Tyr783) Antibody from Cell Signaling Technology detected a nice band at 155 kDa. A non-specific band was observed at 70 kDa. Growth factor showed time dependent increase of Phospho-PLCγ1 level.

Overall the best antibody for this purpose, I recommend this for immunoblotting.
