I am studying splenic B-cell development and tolerance mechanisms. The goals of my experiment were to phenotype spleens from various genotypes. I used this kit for in vivo labeling of BM, blood and splenic B-cells. This kit allows excellent BrdU staining in vitro and in vivo on the FITC channel. Kit includes DNase and DNA stain 7AAD.

Must degrade DNA with DNase but only adds an hour time

The Bottom Line

I used this kit for in vivo labeling of BM, blood and splenic B-cells. It worked very well in detecting BrdU in the FITC channel. 7AAD stains also works well but needs optimization with Alexa Fluor 647.
