I tested this product to see if it would assist with isolating the ES cells from the MEF cells in our culture preps for Microinjection. The product worked excellently and produced a cleaner prep over our conventional operations.

Trypsinize cell colonies to achieve single-cell suspension, deactivate with media, and strain through Flowmi filter to pass ES cells and retain MEF cells.

We achieved a cleaner prep with a higher ES cell yield.
Very easy to use
Did not observe any leaking from tip insertion point. All culture went through the filter.
Ease of use.
Limited to pore sizes of 40um and 70um.
I would highly recommend this product.
