We are interested in the contribution of gd T cells in the induction of tolerance. We choose most of our FACS antibodies from eBioscience for their good price-quality ratio. The best results were obtained with the clone eBioGL3 in PE and APC.

For the detection of gamma delta T cells, a double staining for CD3 and gd TCR is required. This anti-mouse gamma delta TCR PE gave very bright and specific staining.
We used a dilution of 1/200 and 50ul per sample
