B220_B-cell stain

I am studying splenic B-cell development and tolerance mechanisms. The goals of my experiment were to phenotype spleens from various genotypes. To separate B-cells from other leukocytes I used the B220 V500 antibody from BD. This antibody was great because most of the other antibodies I use are not V500 conjugated. The separation is great with a dilution range of 1:200 to 1:400 per million cells. I would highly recommend this product for any surface B-cell stain. Note: this antibody is not great in intracellular stains, likely due to V500.
