Our current project is all about identification of affected proteins and their levels upon specific treatment of mammalian (HeLa) cells. This antibody gives a single major band at ~80 kDa. It is difficult to predict and conclude if it is the correct FMN2 protein with reduced molecular weight.

Results Summary

Even though the band that appears is a single band, the incorrect molecular weight causes a lot of confusion.
