I used this antibody to detect mouse PTEN by Western blot. Earlier, I had issues with anti-PTEN antibody from SCBT so I tried this antibody instead.

I used this antibody to detect PTEN expression in mouse T cells. I got a decent band at the right size (55kDa), but it came out with a non-specific band below as well.

Requires higher concentration and longer exposure time.
It is worth buying this antibody as it is less expensive than others.
