Balb/C mice were sacrificed and single cell suspensions prepared from the spleens were used for flow cytometric analysis. This antibody was used for detecting mouse CD8 expression in combination with anti-mouse CD4 antibody. The results showed clear CD4 and CD8 positive populations which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
