Balb/C mice were sacrificed and isolated splencoytes were used for flow cytometric analysis . Cells were stained with anti-CD4 antibody (BV510 Rat Anti-Mouse CD4) and anti CD8 antibody. The results showed a clear CD4 positive and negative population which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
