Our long term goal is to understand the process of tumorigenesis in colon cancer cells. In this experiment, we treated colon cancer cells with TNF-alpha to induce the p65 phosphorylation that was detected using this antibody. This antibody is specific to detect phosphorylation of p65 using flow cytometry after permeabilization.
