Our lab's longstanding goal is to unravel new protein biomarkers in cancer and elucidate their functional role in tumorigenesis. Here in this study we evaluate the expression of caspase-3 protein in colon cancer cells upon drug treatments using this antibody. From the results it can be seen that this antibody specifically detects caspase 3 protein cells. There was no cleaved caspase-3 detection in these cells. This is a very good antibody for detection of total caspase 3 protein.
