I obtained a very specific and strong nuclear signal with this antibody using a 1/200 dilution. No non-specific staining was observed.
For immunofluorescence applications, this antibody could certainly be used at a higher dilution
Specificity and low quantity required
Very efficient and specific antibody to detect OCT4 in human iPS cells. I strongly recommend for pluripotency characterization in human stem cells.
