The aim of this experiment was to study the T cell subsets in mouse spleen. I tested whether this anti-CD8 PE/Cy7 antibody from eBioscience can be used as an antibody to separate CD8 positive populations from rest of the splenocytes. Single cell suspensions isolated from mouse splenocytes were stained with this antibody and the presence of CD8+ and CD8-  populations confirm the specificity of this antibody.
