The objective of this experiment was to study T cell subsets in mouse spleens. I tested if the anti-CD4 APC/Cy7 antibody from BioLegend can be used as an antibody to identify the CD4 positive populations. Single cell suspensions isolated from mouse splenocytes were stained with this antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry. The result demonstrates that I was able to separate CD4 positive cells from rest of the splenocytes.
