I use kit to isolate plasmid DNA from bacteria and get good yield. The DNA is good to use with downstream cloning applications.
Plasmid Isolation

Grow 200 ml LB + bacteria. Spin down bacteria to a pellet. Follow midiprep protocol and isolate DNA.
Follow protocol
The kit yields a couple hundred nanograms per microliter concentrations of plasmid DNA with good spec. readings
Good yield and easy to use kit
Price of kit is a little pricey
This is a good kit even if it is slightly expensive.
