The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell activation. We selected CD25 Antibody from BioLegend specifically because CD25 is expressed in activated cells and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate activated cell subsets.
