The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell activation. We selected CD25 Antibody from BD specifically because CD25 is expressed in activated CD4 T cells and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate T cell subsets.
