Human PBMCs were isolated from healthy donors and stained with violetFluor™ 450 anti-human CD4 and APC-Cy7 anti-human CD8 antibody. Stained cells were analyzed in a BD FACS Canto II machine and the staining looks good with two separate populations of CD4 positive and negative cells.
