We use the antibody to detect intracellular cytokine production in macrophages and microglia that have been removed from the mouse, treated with LPS/Brefeldin A for 6 hours OR just Brefeldin A if the mouse has been injected with LPS, and sorted by flow cytometry.

The intracellular staining was quite excellent. I had a FMO (gray) control, and my experimental/controls in blue/red. There is clear staining.
