After gel recovering 7 samples, the 260/230s, which I have found to be incredibly low using other gel recovery kits, were close to or above 2 for 6/7 and 1 for only a single sample.

Gel purifies DNA with high 260/230
This is a good kit that recovers DNA with high 260/230, which means that one doesn't need to further ethanol precipitate all of the samples to remove contaminants.
