Purified anti-mouse CD45

My research work currently focuses on the relationship between influenza virus infection and type II cells in the lung. Lung type II cell isolation is kind of a complicated and long procedure. An important step to be sure of the purity of a type II cell during the isolation is incubation of digested total lung cells with an anti-mouse CD16/CD32 and CD45 coated plate for negative selection. I have used lots of antibodies from eBioscience for flow experiments before and have never been disappointed. I would purchase these purified Abs from eBioscience again to get more beautiful data. The isolated type II cells are very purified and maintained very good viability after the long procedure. I like antibody products from eBioscience because their price and quantities are competitive. I would recommend eBioscience to my colleagues.
