The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected NKp46 Antibody from Biolegend specifically because NKp46 is expressed in NK cells and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate NK cell subsets.
