The aim of my research is to study bone marrow progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD3e Antibody from eBioscience specifically because CD3e is expressed in T cells and can be found in bone marrow. Using this product I was able to exclude T subsets.
