The aim of this research is to study bone marrow progenitor cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD19 Antibody from Biolegend specifically because CD19 is expressed in B cells and can be found in bone marrow. Using this product I was able to differentiate B cell subsets.
