Very Good Anti-Human PD-1 antibody

Human PBMC reconstituted NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice), were sacrificed and single cell suspensions from the spleen was used for flow cytometry. This antibody was used for detecting PD-1 expression on human CD45 and CD3 gated T cells isolated from these humanized mice. The result showed a clear PD-1 positive population which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
