Single cell suspensions prepared from the spleen of human PBMC reconstituted mice was used for flow cytometric analysis. I have used this antibody to separate human cells from the spleen of these humanized mice. The cells were stained with this CD45 antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry. The staining looks pretty good with two separate populations of CD45+ and CD45- cells.
