I use this supermix when performing duplex Taqman probe PCR. It amplifies both probes and saves time and sample because I can do duplexing with it.

Mix 2X Ssoadvanced mix with Taqman probes and water to make a master mix. Add master mix to wells and then add the sample. Run PCR
Be sure the Ssoadvanced is well mixed before making master mix
The data show a sample with 2 different color Taqman probes. The Ssoadvanced amplified both samples.
