I used this polymerase while performing PCR to subclone a gene fragment into a viral vector so I could transduce primary epithelial cells. Upon sequencing, this polymerase gave a PCR product of the correct size and sequencing showed no errors.

Added approx. 1ng plasmid DNA to PCR master mix containing Q5 polymerase and ran for 25 cycles.
Follow the manufacturer's protocol
The PCR reaction gave a band of the expected size (2631 bp) on an agarose gel, and subsequent sequencing of the purified PCR product showed no errors in the sequence.
