I am looking at the effect of eating yogurt before a meal on postprandial blood glucose change. Due to the large quantity of my samples, I chose the microplate method. This kit comes with all the reagent needed and even the microplates.
To measure human plasma glucose level
Human NaHep plasma (also works on EDTA plasma)
The procedures are pretty simple and straight forward. 1) Thaw the samples and bring the kit to room temperature. 2) Prepare the standard stock solution and series dilutions. 3) Dilute samples with the provided buffer. 4) Add assay buffer to the plate 5)Load diluted samples, standards, control to the plate----add enzyme mixture---incubate--read.
Make sure to do the initial 10 times dilution for the highest standard solutuion
