Product Name:

cytochrome c Antibody (A-8)

Catalog Number:

sc-13156

We are investigating the role of cytochrome c during different apoptosis paradigms. One of the goals is to determine the subcellular localization of cytochrome c during apoptosis. To detect its intracellular localization, mouse embryonic fibroblasts were stained with cytochrome c antibodies.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Immunofluorescence

Sample

Mouse embryonic fibroblasts

Primary Incubation

1:50 dilution, room temperature incubation fo 3 hours

Blocking Agent

1x HBSS + 0.02% Tween-20 + 1.5% fetal bovine serum
