For this experiment, I was trying to determine if the gamma-secretase inhibitor DAPT, at a concentration of 10 micromolar, was inhibiting the formation of NICD1 in primary human bronchial epithelial cells compared to DMSO vehicle control as evidence that DAPT would inhibit Notch signaling in my cells.
