Our lab is interested in invariant natural killer T cells, which is a really rare population in mouse and human (~0.01%-1%) peripheral blood T cells. We managed to generate large numbers of iNKT cells in mice through T-cell receptor gene engineering of hematopoietic stem cells. We use TCR beta antibody and CD1d tetramer to identify our population of interest. This antibody is easy to optimize and stained our target cells very well
