NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice) reconstitute with human PBMCs were sacrificed and single cell suspensions prepared from the spleens were used for flow cytometric analysis. I have used this antibody to analyze the fraction of CD8+ T cells isolated from splenocytes of these humanized mice. The staining looks good with two separate populations of CD8 positive and negative cells.
