Company:

Expedeon

Product Name:

InstantBlue - Protein Stain

Catalog Number:

ISB1L

Expedeon's InstantBlue is marketed as being a simpler, faster, and safer protein stain than Coomassie stain and other alternative reagents. In this particular experiment, I was testing the extent of biotinylation of a purified protein on a low ug scale using streptavidin beads. This staining reagent is of course applicable to the detection of hundreds of ng's to a few ug's of proteins for any type of experiment.
