The purpose of my study was to stain microglia within the substantia nigra to look for reactivity. I used this primary antibody to stain CD11b positive cells within this region.

Results Summary

The use of this primary antibody allowed significant staining of CD11b+ microglia within my brain slices. I recommend its use for this purpose. There was no non-specific staining, and the protocol for use of the product was easy to follow.
