Product Name:

Human Galectin-3 Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibody

Catalog Number:

AF1154

This product was used for detection of Galectin-3 in human colon epithelial cells. Galectin-3 is a lectin that is highly expressed in cancers and is also found in normal epithelial cells. To detect its expression in tissues, it is essential to find an antibody that does not over stain the background and is highly limited to the epithelial cells in the crypts. This antibody is very good for staining the epithelial cells.
