We are interested in BACH2 for its role in B cell maturation. I have used the BACH2 antibody to assess BACH2 protein expression in high grade B-cell lymphoma samples. Specifically, this was performed by immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections.

Results show clear staining of BACH2 positive tumour cells. Both cytoplasmic and nuclear staining can be detected.
