IB3-1 cells transfected with wild type CFTR
1:100 dilution overnight at 4 degrees in blocking reagent
3% BSA (fraction V, Sigma) in PBS
1:100 dilution of anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 568 (Molecular Probes) in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature

Antibody works great for detection of cell surface CFTR on non-permeabilized, CFTR transfected IB3-1 cell.

Detection of extracellular loop of CFTR
Not good for other assays
This antibody is specific for the first extracellular loop of CFTR. Therefore, it is a good product to use to detect cell surface CFTR.
