Sample

GL261-Luc2 mouse glioma tumor lysates

Primary Incubation

1:5000, overnight, 4 degrees Celsius, 5% BSA+TBST

Blocking Agent

5%BSA+TBST

Secondary Incubation

1:3000 in 5%BSA+TBST

Detection

ECl Chemiluminescent Kit (Invitrogen)

Results Summary

We were able to detect a bands at approximately 150 KDa (expected), which allowed us to probe the angiogenic response in our mouse brain tumor model.

Additional Notes

The datasheet shows a double band however we only found a single.
