We used this antibody to assess angiogenic markers in a mouse model of malignant glioma.

We were able to detect a bands at approximately 150 KDa (expected), which allowed us to probe the angiogenic response in our mouse brain tumor model.
The datasheet shows a double band however we only found a single.

This antibody worked great and I would highly recommend it for use in a mouse glioma model.
