Turtle CREB Antibody for chromatin immunoprecipitation

We are investigating the regulatory mechanisms controlling BDNF expression in an in vitro model of eyeblink classical conditioning, we analyzed the transcription factors and other signaling proteins that control BDNF gene expression in the pond turtle, Trachemys scripta elegans (tBDNF). To understand the mechanisms of epigenetic regulation of the tBDNF gene, we performed ChIP assay for CREB during classical conditioning.We got some good references for CREB to use the ChIP assay. We always have problem in selecting the antibodies for our model. We tried this antibody in our turtle system to analyze binding of CREB by ChIP analysis, it works.
