1:1000 with blocking buffer (3% milk in TBST) and rock slowly overnight at 4°C.
3% milk in TBST
6-10 ml of HRP-linked secondary antibodies
Add 6-10 ml of HRP-linked secondary antibodies and rock slowly at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours
Detected signal with ECL reagent (HyGOL, Denville Scientific, Cat#E2500) according to the company instruction
