We wanted to use the antibody to identify the memory NK cells in CMV seropositive individuals, in conjunction with other markers such as CD57. To fit into a large panel of markers we wanted to use this antibody conjugated with PerCP.

The antibody did stain the NK cells when the cells were stained on the surface. However following fixation and permeabilisation, the staining was lost.
