This product was used for experiments running phenotypic detection of CD4 T cells and their roles in a mouse colitis model.  This Ab was used to stain mouse CD4 T-cell differentiated iTreg in vitro. BV421 has the same channle as eFluor450. The Ab is conjugated with e450 dye which can be detected in BV421 channel as well.

Needs to be used along wiht a special fixation and permerblization buffer. 4% PFA does not work.

The Bottom Line

Very good antibody for staining of mouse iTreg even at low concentrations, the detection has to be done in an FACS machine with a Violet laser.
