R and D systems mouse anti-human CD62E was tested on 293T human cells ectopically expressing human CD62E by immunoflourescence. Fixation and blocking steps were used that would impede the antibody from staining internal compartments.

Strong cell membrane staining was observed in comparison to cells with no ectopic expression of the protein.
Very easy, very cheap antibody
None, worked great at low dilutions
