Each time I run flow cytometry, I use this "Rainbow Calibration Particles, 8 peaks (3.0-3.4 µm) " to confirm the performance of the flow machine. This product is very easy to use. After diluted in DI water, it is stable at 4 degrees C in the dark for 6 months at least (I have not checked for any longer time yet).

Resuspend well (e.g. vortex briefly) before adding 3-5 drops to 1 ml of filtered DI water.

Tips
