We measure low abundance protein biomarkers in partially degraded marine mammal samples utilizing western blot, and rapid high sensitivity detection is vital. We selected this product for high value for money it offers, its compact side and ease of use.

Tips

Wash membranes well to prevent background signal. Use a luminescent ladder or mark the ladder with a luminescent pen before putting in chemilum substrate. Update the scanner software regularly. Place a few drops of the chemilum solution on the scanner surface under the membrane. Balance the scanner to prevent the membrane from slipping during the scan. Never let the membrane dry out before scanning.
