Whole cell lysate (HeLa, K562, Jurkat, Hek293)
Overnight incubation at 4 degrees C (3% BSA in TBST)

It showed same level of HSP60 after BCA assay to measure protein concentration. 5ug of protein was loaded for Western blotting and another loading control actin also showed the same level of protein.

Good sensitivity and very specific
It could detect only HSP60 when you perform Western Blot, which implies it is very specific for HSP60 and it only take several second to see your band which implies good sensitivity.
