We used this product to measure the IFN-γ production in conA activated T cell culture and to set up a measurement system for T cell activation.

Very quick and useful kit
Incubate sample at 37C for 2 hours
This kit provided very sensitive relation. Various doses of conA (2 and 4ug/ml) activated T cell culture for 6hr, and harvest supernatant for ELISA analysis.
Sample may need dilution
Cheap and good sensitivity
The highest stand is only 500pg/ml, but seems 1000pg/ml does work
It is a very good/cheap product, provided nice sensitivity.
