We use Cell Signaling's Rabbit mTOR antibody repeatedly in our lab's work studying the mTOR signaling pathway and its role as a target in biologically directed therapy. This antibody sees a lot of use in our lab and we require consistency and sensitivity over projects that may last years.

The images shown are for an siRNA knockdown screening where we were using the mTOR antibody to evaluate knockdown of mTOR expression at 72 hours post-transfection.
